The Story Behind Our Business

At Isom Laser & Lens, our story is rooted in dedication, service, and a shared passion for creating. After retiring from a distinguished 30-year career in the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant Major, I was searching for a way to continue supporting the military community while channeling my love for design. At the same time, my wife Donna, with her 20 years of service as an animal control officer and her undeniable flair for creativity, shared a vision of building something meaningful together.

What started with a single, used Epilog Laser in our small shop quickly grew into a thriving business. Today, we’re proud to operate three commercial-grade, American-made Epilog engravers, allowing us to deliver precision and quality on every project.

But our journey didn’t stop there. We recognized that materials like glass, crystal, and stone deserved even more detail and care, so we added a sand carving machine to our arsenal. This upgrade enables us to achieve unparalleled results on these materials, elevating our craftsmanship to new heights.
